Welcome to Theta Sound Therapy. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, book a session or event, or purchase services from us.
By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
Theta Sound Therapy provides sound therapy sessions, sound baths, guided meditation, Reiki and related wellbeing experiences.
Our services are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition.
If you have concerns about whether a session is suitable for you, please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional before attending.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Please make sure the information you provide when booking, particularly your email address, is correct so that we can contact you about your appointment or event.
Payments
Payment may be required when making your booking.
Online payments are securely processed through Stripe. Theta Sound Therapy does not store your full credit or debit card details.

Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive at the time stated in your booking confirmation or event information.
For group sound baths and events, late admission may not always be possible once the session has begun, as we'd rather not introduce an unexpected percussion section consisting of doors, shoes and whispered apologies.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether participating in a Theta Sound Therapy session or event is appropriate for you.
Please follow any reasonable instructions provided during a session and let us know if you feel uncomfortable or wish to stop participating at any time.
Changes or Cancellations by Theta
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require us to reschedule or cancel a session or event.
If Theta Sound Therapy cancels an event or appointment, you will normally be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another available date or receiving a refund of the amount paid.
We are not responsible for additional expenses you may incur, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change, cars refuse to start and life occasionally throws a spanner in the works. If you need to cancel or reschedule, here's how it works.
1:1 Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are generally non-refundable.
If you don't attend your appointment without letting us know, the booking is non-refundable.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen, so exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
Sound Baths & Group Events
Tickets for sound baths, cacao ceremonies, guided meditations and other group events may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the event, unless the event listing states otherwise.
Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are generally non-refundable because your space has been reserved and may be difficult to fill at short notice.
Where possible, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another person or move it to another Theta event at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive at the time shown on your booking confirmation.
For group events, doors may close once the session begins. This helps maintain a quiet environment for everyone already settled in and prevents the sound journey beginning with the soothing tones of someone searching for somewhere to put their shoes.
Unfortunately, missing an event because of late arrival does not normally qualify for a refund.
If We Cancel
If Theta Sound Therapy has to cancel your appointment or event, you will be offered either:
A transfer to another available date; or
A full refund of the amount you paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Once we issue a refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time to return the funds to your account.
